SHAD SH23 motorcycle panniers have been developed as a slimline alternative to the larger panniers, maintaining the mobility of your motorbike.
Sold as a pair of panniers, the impact-resistant, waterproof SH23 cases offer a 23 litre capacity for your essentials and open from the top for quick and easy access. These panniers mount to SHAD’s innovative 3P fitting kit, an ‘L-shaped’ bracket which employs three mounting points and offers a reduced framework, retaining your ability to filter through traffic.
As well as the enhancement to mobility, the reduced framework and compact case design also add benefit to the bike’s aesthetics while the choice of optional coloured covers allows you to pick the option that best suits your motorcycle.

I have a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 and wanted a pannier system. My preference was for small, hard, panniers, which would complement the look of the bike. Obviously price was a major consideration too. After much research I chose the Shad 23L panniers, which fit their quick release mounting racks. These look great on the bike, are top opening which means things don’t fall out, and are perfect for my needs. They also hold surprisingly more than you would think. The system is easy to fit and is solid when installed. I can most definitely recommend them.

The luggage boxes came with 2 extra plastic end piece that you swap on the frame work so which ever boxes you choose can be lock Ed to the bike there was also an extra lock supplied in case you buy a top box so the same keys fit all
