Great bit of kit. Obviously it's designed with stock bike in mind. I figured I'd help those with tail tidies. This will fit a bike with a tail tidy, however. You may require longer bolts if your tidy has an additional plate to the undertray.
Also, indicators. The stock indicators will not fit a tail tidy that has side of plate mounts, so either go for a tidy that has indicator mounts above the plate or do what I did. Get small aftermarket .indicators that don't protrude as much as stock.
